Content Creator Spotlight: Kaelynn Partlow
I'm so excited to talk today about one of my favorite autistic advocates and content creators. Her name is, Kaelynn Partlow. She probably looks familiar to you and the reason behind that is because she was on season 1 of Netflix's show Love on the Spectrum or she probably has popped up on your social media feed.
Kaelynn Partlow is in her late-20s and lives in South Carolina. She lives on her own with at least one roommate. She works as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at her local ABA clinic.
Kaelynn posts video content at least once a day. Her videos are informative to the public on what autism is and autism related content to inform and educate her viewers on autism.
Kaelynn has addressed she also has an ADHD diagnosis.
I remember when I first started watching Love on the Spectrum, I felt like I can relate to where she's at with her autism. She was one of my inspirations to become an advocate for autism and to blog to educate others on autism. (Also, let's not forget, she and I were born the same month!)
Last year, she came out with a book Life on the Bridge. I haven't read it yet, but I hope to read it one day.
I appreciate and admire Kaelynn's determination to be vulnerable when posting content. She is non-biased and I love that about her. It's hard being a young adult female in this day and age with autism. Her videos are so educational and I love how passionate she is about this topic.
Below I added a video that was released a year ago (2024) with Kaelynn discussing what her diagnosis means to her.
You can follow Kaelynn on Instagram and TikTok: @kaelynnvp, and don’t forget to check out her YouTube channel too!
