NEURODIVERSITY REPRESENTATION IN THE MEDIA: Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter

"You're just as sane as I am!" --Luna Lovegood.

One of my favorite quotes from one of my favorite characters in the Harry Potter franchise.  Luna Lovegood is played by Evanna Lynch in the Harry Potter films.

Ask any Potterhead who is neurodiverse and they will agree that she is autistic coded.

How?  When you meet Luna in the films, she's seen reading the Quibbler magazine.  When Harry and his friends get into the carriage she's on, some of them show faces of "oh, she comes off strange".  This is a phrase a lot of people who are neurodiverse hear, which is normal.  You're either gifted or weird, but nothing in between.

Luna is also very caring and intuitive and does not care about what people think about her.  I relate to her very much because she's quirky and full of life.

I provided a scene pack below of her scenes.
